We were not the easiest customers to work with, but Ashley was always a professional when we were difficult. I would work with her in the future, but don't plan on ever moving again. I certainly would recommend her to my family and friends.

In addition to her five-star rating, local market knowledge, communication, responsiveness, and expertise, it was a true pleasure to work with Ashley. Ashley guided me throughout the entire process, advising me on how to prepare my house for sale. Just as importantly, she advised against some of my suggestions that would not have provided much of a return on the cost of the upgrade. Her knowledge of what current buyers are looking for was invaluable. She also became a trusted partner by guiding me through the staging of my home. When it comes to forms and fine print, Ashley's expertise is apparent. She happily explained forms in layman's terms and had no problem going over parts a second time when asked. Her friendly and relaxed approach to meeting the needs of her client made working with Ashley a pleasure. If I wanted a clearer understanding of something, Ashley always took the time to make sure I had the answers I needed. Ashley is a fine-print master and went through all the paperwork with a fine-tooth comb. This was a very reassuring skill that significantly helped with the stress of being a first-time home seller.

Ashley has been prompt on answering all of our questions, both before and after the closing. Even if she didn't know the answer at the moment, she did not hesitate to find the answer and get back to us, despite the hour or the day of the week.
